Ali has enjoyed a few weeks of the easy life, but now it's time. Obedience School.
Ali is super sweet to humans, but she is quite the bully with other dogs. She need to learn some neighborhood manners. So every Tuesday night, Zach, Scott and I head to Dog Obedience School.
There are about eight other owners and dogs in the class. She does pretty well in class with minimal barking. But that's only because she has to wear this:
She acts so pathetic when she wears it. And it's a bear trying to get it on her.
She has learned to sit and stay, and performs that trick consistently. She is supposed to learn to "walk politely" on a leash...ha! That's a good one. Her "walking" is more like shooting out the door and pulling you. She sniffs back and forth on the sidewalk, eating goose poop, chasing geese and squirrels, and barking at rabbit statues.
She made it!
